Jessica is a registered psychologist who provides evidence-based, compassionate support to children (10+), adolescents, and adults. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD), trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
Jessica utilises a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her approach is holistic and person-centred, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
