Jayde is dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-centred support to individuals and families. Guided by genuine care and a warm, collaborative approach, Jayde strives to create a safe and validating therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
As a recent graduate of the Master of Professional Psychology program, Jayde works under regular supervision as part of her provisional pathway to full registration. Jayde is a neuroaffirming practitioner, embraces and celebrates neurodiversity, and recognises the inherent strengths and unique perspectives of each person. Jayde has experience working with children, young people, and their families across a broad range of presentations, with particular interest and developing expertise in autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, trauma, behavioural and emotional challenges, attachment-based concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Jayde utilises evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to align with each client’s goals, developmental stage, and individual needs. With a strong focus on building connection, enhancing self-understanding, and supporting resilience, Jayde is committed to helping clients develop practical skills, strengthen relationships, and experience meaningful and sustainable growth.
