Psychologist

Ece (pronounced Ejay) is a Psychologist who is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults to improve their wellbeing and live meaningful and fulfilling lives. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, stress-management, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship challenges, grief and complex trauma. She has a particular interest in helping adults recover from traumatic and challenging life experiences so they can regain a sense of safety, confidence and balance. Ece strives to create a genuine, trusting, and non-judgemental space where individuals feel understood and empowered to explore themselves more deeply, make sense of their experiences and develop practical skills. Her therapeutic style is person-centred, recognising that no two people are the same and tailors therapy to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Ece believes in working with the whole person, supporting not only symptom relief but nurturing deeper healing and growth. Ece is a certified EMDR therapist and utilises a range of evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices and internal family systems (IFS). Ece has an extensive background in community mental health, suicide crisis support and facilitating group therapy and training programs. As a Board-approved supervisor, Ece is passionate about mentoring early career psychologists to develop their skills and confidence in practice.

Jake is a clinically endorsed Psychologist with extensive experience across health, private and educational settings. Jake offers a unique, down to earth and relatable approach to therapy, ensuring clients feel understood and heard throughout their journey. Through his background in public health, academic training and personal experience, Jake has experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and major life adjustments. Jake brings specialised knowledge to his work with men's health issues, substance use concerns, performance, and the unique challenges faced by young adults and late adolescents. Jake has facilitated workshops on burnout and sleep, presented for healthcare organisations, and contributed to research in sports psychology. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, CBT, EMDR, and trauma-specific interventions, Jake tailors his therapeutic approach to meet each client where they are at and collaborate on their goals and needs. He believes psychological care should be personalised and delivered at a comfortable pace for the individual. Jake has experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults from diverse backgrounds and creates a supportive space to explore challenges and develop practical strategies for growth. His understanding and approach to wellbeing is informed by his interest in music, sport, the arts and mindfulness. Jayde is dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-centred support to individuals and families. As a recent graduate of the Master of Professional Psychology program, Jayde works under regular supervision as part of her provisional pathway to full registration. Jayde is a neuroaffirming practitioner, embraces and celebrates neurodiversity, and recognises the inherent strengths and unique perspectives of each person. Jayde has experience working with children, young people, and their families across a broad range of presentations, with particular interest and developing expertise in autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, trauma, behavioural and emotional challenges, attachment-based concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Jayde utilises evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to align with each client’s goals, developmental stage, and individual needs.
