Overview

Jas provides neuro-affirming therapy and assessments to children, adolescents, and adults. Jas welcomes clients of all cultural backgrounds and identities. Jas’s areas of interest and experience include: Therapy and support for: Neurodivergence (including female presentations) Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria Depression Anxiety Social Anxiety Relationships Grief Life transitions Phobias Dog phobias Assessment of: Autism and ADHD (including female presentations) Cognitive ability Specific Learning Difficulties (in writing, and maths) Jas often works with her therapy dog in training, Toozi, who will be joining her in sessions at Minds of All Kinds Psychology in the near future. Together, they offer a comfortable, no pressure environment to share your experiences and help the healing process.
