‘Poiesis’ -
Deriving from Ancient Greek poiein ("to make"), signifies the act of creation, production, or "bringing forth" something into existence that did not previously exist. It represents a transformative process, often used in philosophy to describe the emergence of a thing from the void into form (various sources).
Counselling and psychotherapy are facilitated mental processes, a journey that brings forth an internal, perhaps hidden, untapped source that can guide and nurture your life paths.
