Bella is a provisional psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Deakin University. She supports children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, life transitions, and personal growth goals. Bella has experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including in therapeutic and NDIS settings. She takes a warm, strengths-based approach, focusing on each person’s unique goals, values, and capabilities. Drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), she also integrates strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to provide tailored, evidence-based support. Bella is passionate about creating a safe, neuroaffirming, and supportive space where people feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and developing skills to enhance wellbeing. She has particular interests in working with Autistic and ADHD individuals, young adults, family dynamics, and forensic psychotherapy, and welcomes referrals for concerns including anxiety and stress, low mood and depression, neurodivergence, adjustment to change, emotional or behavioural challenges, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, trauma-related difficulties, and communication challenges.
