Greta is a passionate therapist who provides an authentic, honest and trusting space where life's experiences can be shared. Greta uses an eclectic approach to therapy, which means she draws from a range of evidence-based therapies to work collaboratively with the individual. Such therapies may include Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), Mindfulness and Schema Therapy.
