Providing compassionate, relational support in times of grief, loss, and change.
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, certified bereavement counsellor and social worker with a purpose to support people through life’s challenging moments/experiences and transitions. My practice is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and curiosity—meeting each person where they are, and walking alongside them as they navigate grief, trauma, and self-discovery. I provide a gentle, grounded, supportive space to foster awareness, growth, and resilience.
At the heart of my practice is Gestalt relational work—emphasizing connection, presence and trust. I strive to create a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental environment where people feel safe to explore their experiences, uncover recurring themes and patterns, and work toward meaningful change.
In my practice, I draw upon a broad range of psychological therapies, including:
- Contemporary Gestalt Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Mindfulness-Based Techniques
- Self-Compassion Practices
- Somatic Approaches
I have over 20 years of experience in community and clinical mental health, including supporting people with family violence, elder abuse, trauma and working with victims of crime. I have a deep interest with supporting individuals in navigating grief and loss. I offer presence and understanding in times of intense sorrow.
