Providing compassionate, relational support in times of grief, loss, and change. I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, certified bereavement counsellor and social worker with a purpose to support people through life’s challenging moments/experiences and transitions. My practice is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and curiosity—meeting each person where they are, and walking alongside them as they navigate grief, trauma, and self-discovery. I provide a gentle, grounded, supportive space to foster awareness, growth, and resilience. At the heart of my practice is Gestalt relational work—emphasizing connection, presence and trust.
