Overview

I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges. I have experience in private practice providing individual and family therapy, and supporting clients with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, interpersonal difficulties and families facing children's emotional and behavioural challenges. While I am particularly interested in working with adults, I also enjoy supporting children and families. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, all tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am also trained in the Cool Kids Program and Integrated Family Intervention for Child Conduct Problems. I aim to provide a non-judgmental, empowering environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
