I am a Clinical Psychologist who aspires to create a safe, creative, and curious therapy space to help her clients better understand themselves. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate their emotional and psychological challenges and believe in the power of a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy. I have a particular interest in working with young people who present with eating disorders and I’m dedicated to providing families with early intervention during a critical time in their child’s development. I work towards tailoring my therapy to each person’s unique needs and I value building autonomy in the people I work with. I have previously worked in both hospital in-patient and out-patient services, and private practice, with people of all ages and varied presentations. I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and and am credentialed as a eating disorder clinician with the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).

Cecilia is a Clinical Psychologist with vast experience working with children, adolescents and adults. In therapy, her aim is to create an environment that is warm and empowering where you as the client, can be supported to feel good about taking ownership of your full range of emotions. Her sessions are 'client driven', to enable you to determine your treatment goals based on what you hope to achieve from therapy. The techniques that she uses are evidence-based (supported by research) but tailored to your strengths, aimed at what works better for you and always with your input. Cecilia believes that building a strong and trusting relationship with her clients is the key to any therapeutic change and success. Her aim is to work together with you to develop a deeper understanding of how you got to where you are (emotionally/mentally) and to look into the patterns you may have been following (consciously or not), to work out whether these are in fact helpful. I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges. I have experience in private practice providing individual and family therapy, and supporting clients with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, interpersonal difficulties and families facing children's emotional and behavioural challenges. While I am particularly interested in working with adults, I also enjoy supporting children and families. Dietitian Jessica is a passionate and friendly Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is focused on helping people reset their relationship with food. Using a down to earth style, she works collaboratively with clients to provide the best standard of care and help people reclaim a positive relationship with food and their bodies. She has found a particular passion for working with clients with eating disorders and have extensive training in this area. Along with private practice experience assisting people with a range of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and other specified feeding and eating disorder. She uses the ‘non-diet’ approach with clients and has experience working with a diverse clientele so am able to adapt her approach to suit the individual. Jessica strives to deliver positive, client-focused and compassionate care that not only improves relationships with food, but overall quality of life.

Praveena Rajeswaran

Praveena is a warm and experienced clinical psychologist who loves working collaboratively with people from all walks of life. She specialises in supporting children and adolescents manage their behaviour/emotions, navigate stress and developmental transitions, as well as supporting parents and families to work towards strong and meaningful family relationships. She is currently completing her PhD with the UNSW Faculty of Medicine and Health, in partnership with the Department of Psychiatry, South Western Sydney Local Health District. Her research focuses on understanding the factors that underlie parenting sensitivity and reflective functioning. She is passionate about developing interventions and programs that support parents early in their journeys and working to end the cycle of intergenerational trauma. She is also interested in supporting those with a history of trauma. She is trained in several trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR, DBT, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and ACT. Praveena works within an ‘attachment-based’ and relational framework, which recognises that our life experiences, particularly our experience of being with others, often impacts on how we relate to ourselves. I am a Registered Psychologist with a special interest in perinatal mental health as well as working with children and young people. I have worked across many public and private healthcare settings and believe in not only helping people feel as though they can survive challenges, but can help them thrive in the face of them. I have a passion in supporting parents with all of their parenting experiences from conception, pregnancy, birth and adjusting to parenthood, as well as working with postnatal anxiety and depression.
