Overview

I’m George (they/them) a relational Gestalt psychotherapist with a deep interest in embodiment and somatic practices. I work with both mind and body awareness, gently supporting connection to your felt experience and what might be showing up in the present moment. In our sessions, we move at a pace that feels right for you. Exploring what’s here - whether that’s emotions, sensations, or thought patterns - with openness and acceptance. My approach is holistic and collaborative - exploring together, with curiosity, care and attention to what feels most alive for you. I offer a warm, compassionate and grounded space where you're welcome just as you are. I am particularly passionate about working with other therapists, social and mental health workers, and people living alternative lifestyles, including those who are queer, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, and sex workers. With me, you will find acceptance and understanding. I’m a sex-positive therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. My style is warm and grounded in relational ecology. I believe that through awareness, we gain choice - and with that, the possibility of living fully and authentically. If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. It's a chance to get a feel for one another, ask any questions and see if it feels like a good fit.
