I am George (they/them) a Gestalt Therapist offering embodied, somatic and relational psychotherapy. I am a queer and sex positive therapist; working with me you will find acceptance and understanding. My approach is holistic and collaborative, exploring together with curiosity, care and attention to what feels most alive for you. I offer a compassionate and grounded space where you’re welcome just as you are. In our sessions we move at a pace that feels right for you, using mind and body awareness to explore what is happening for you in the present. Over time this embodiment work supports you to connect with yourself more fully, identify your needs and wants and make the changes you want in your life.
