Jasmine has worked with a vast variety of clients throughout her career but has a keen interest in respiratory conditions and in particular, musculoskeletal injuries. Jasmine thoroughly enjoys working with clients throughout their rehab process and to see the progression of her clients, whether that be to return to normal function, work, sport or overall an increase in health status. She is passionate about helping others and believes that building relationships is equally important to allow open communication between the client and herself, this creates a clear path with a common goal and she will be right there with you riding out the waves of your health journey.

Tristan Hellings is a leading exercise physiologist in Perth, Western Australia with over 10 years experience. He has a strong focus on musculoskeletal conditions and persistent pain, coupled with his expertise in treating cardiopulmonary diseases, osteoporosis, cancer and arthritic conditions, diabetes prevention and control and pre and post-surgical procedures. Tristan works with a variety of patients under Medicare/DVA/MVA/Workers Compensation and everyday people with aggravated issues through to full-time athletes. His aim is to use education and exercise to empower and improve the lives of his clients.
