Emily Eldan Psychologist

Emily is a psychologist with over 15 years of professional experience in both public and private clinical settings. She provides psychological treatment to a range of clientele from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds and various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and seniors. ​Emily’s areas of interest include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, adjustment issues, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties. She specialises in a range of therapies, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. Her therapeutic style is warm, caring, and approachable. She strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental space, taking the time to personally get to know each client and their unique needs and goals. This approach also ensures that all her clients feel welcome, understood, and supported throughout their personal therapeutic journey.
