Overview

Elizabeth takes the time to ensure clients feel understood, heard, and validated—no matter their situation. She tailors her approach to meet each individual’s needs, aiming for clients to leave sessions feeling empowered and advocated for. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents across a range of settings, including primary schools, Headspace, private practice, and a Youth Prevention and Recovery Centre (YPARC). Elizabeth has also worked closely with neurodivergent individuals and families in Out of Home Care. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based theory, and she values supporting clients holistically and within their broader life context. Elizabeth has a particular interest in supporting clients through a range of sexual and relational challenges, including sexual pain (such as vulvodynia, vaginismus, and dyspareunia), sexual health anxiety, desire and arousal dissatisfaction (including navigating desire differences and erectile difficulties), orgasm-related difficulties (such as anorgasmia, orgasmic anhedonia, and premature ejaculation), and helping clients feel sexually empowered and confident. Elizabeth is also particularly passionate about working with people who feel disconnected in their relationships. She believes that our relationships—especially with those closest to us—profoundly shape our well-being. She loves supporting people to feel more connected, seen, heard, and valued. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys baking and relaxing with her beloved AmStaff.
