Dr Thina (Thinushiya Arulgnanaselvam) is a caring and dedicated General Practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She began her medical career in Australia in 2016 after completing her medical degree in Sri Lanka, gaining wide-ranging experience across hospital and community settings before transitioning to general practice. Her professional interests include preventive health, chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health, Indigenous health, and weight management.
Dr Thina is passionate about lifestyle-based, holistic care that supports long-term wellness. She takes time to understand each patient’s story, empowering them to make informed, sustainable changes for better health and quality of life. She is also actively expanding her expertise through the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM) Accreditation in Lifestyle Medicine, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based, whole-person care.
