Overview

Steve is a clinical holistic therapist, researcher, educator, and trainer/mentor who specializes in cognitive psychology, behavioural neuroscience and Brain-Based Therapies (BBT) and their application to challenges such as ADHD, Anger, Anxiety, Attachment, Autism, Depression, Emotional Regulation, and Trauma. ​He received a PhD from the University of London, UK. He then undertook post-doctoral research in the Department of Medicine, Royal Postgraduate Medical School in London. He then went on to undertake research at the Department of Neuroscience, Baylor College of Medicine and the Institute of Neurological Science, University of Texas, USA. He also looks at evidence-based research in the field of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) including the connection between stress, anxiety, inflammation, depression, and trauma-related behaviour. Steve provides information, learning opportunities and implementation strategies and tactics in a practical and user-friendly manner to assist in facilitating behaviour change and personal growth.
