Dr Stephanie is a consultant psychiatrist with experience across a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related presentations. She has a particular interest in how lifestyle, performance, and wellbeing intersect, and works collaboratively with her patients to develop treatment plans that are both evidence-based and practical.
Before training in medicine, Stephanie completed degrees in Exercise Physiology and Strength & Conditioning. This background informs her holistic approach, with an appreciation for the role of movement, lifestyle, and physical health in mental wellbeing.
