Overview

My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in understanding the connection between brain function, emotions, and behaviour. I work with clients to make sense of patterns in how they think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges, and to develop practical strategies for navigating stress, relationships, and change with greater confidence and clarity. As a Clinical Neuropsychologist, I bring a brain-based perspective to mental health. This means considering how cognitive processes such as attention, memory, thinking styles, and emotional regulation influence wellbeing and day-to-day functioning. Together, we explore these patterns and identify tools that support resilience, psychological flexibility, and meaningful progress toward your specific therapy goals. I have experience supporting adults with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and interpersonal difficulties. I also have specialised expertise in neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation, helping individuals understand how changes in brain functioning, such as after traumatic brain injury, stroke or neurodegenerative illness, may affect thinking, emotions, and everyday life. My aim is to translate this understanding into practical strategies that support recovery, independence, and wellbeing.
