Advanced Face, Neck & Body Planning | Re:Form™ Dr Craig Hookham, MBBS (Hons), FRACGP, DRANZCOG, is a Western Australian medical practitioner, General Practitioner and urgent care doctor with a special focus on advanced doctor-led aesthetic medicine. At TruSkin Hub, Dr Craig’s principal role is the assessment and planning of higher-complexity face, neck and body concerns - particularly where laxity, contour change, structural ageing, facial proportion, previous procedures or significant weight change affect more than one area. His work is guided by Re:Form™, TruSkin’s overarching framework for assessing the face, neck, skin and body as a connected whole. Re:Form™ is not a single procedure, package or bookable appointment. It is the planning system used to determine what should be addressed, in what order and by whom. Within this framework, care may connect several TruSkin pathways: Re:Face™ considers facial and neck laxity, contour and tissue position. Re:Lift™ considers thread-based lifting where an appropriate degree of support may be achieved without surgery. Re:Frame™ addresses facial proportion and structural support using measured, region-based planning rather than treating isolated lines or features. Re:Surface™ considers skin resurfacing where texture, scarring, lines or sun-related change require a more intensive approach. Re:Body™ and Re:Shape™ connect body contouring, tissue change and care associated with substantial weight change. Not every patient needs every stage. Dr Craig may recommend one focused intervention, a carefully sequenced plan, collaboration with another TruSkin practitioner, referral for surgery or specialist care, or no treatment. Dr Craig works closely with Dr Zhen for Re:Generate™ refinement and maintenance, with Caris for skin preparation, dermal treatment and recovery, and with Cahleen for hair, home-care, wellness and weight-change continuity. His own experience of significant weight change provides personal insight into how changes in the face, skin and body can affect confidence and identity. His approach remains medically grounded, individualised and candid about limitations, recovery and alternatives. Dr Craig has undertaken additional aesthetic training in Australia and the United Kingdom, including training through the Dr Bob Khanna Training Institute.
