My approach to therapy is to create a therapeutic space based on empathy, respect, curiosity, authenticity, and a tint of humour. I believe that clients can gain deeper understanding of themselves and feel empowered in creating meaningful change within a collaborative, safe and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I use a variety of evidence-based practices, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family System (IFS), which are tailored to meet client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals. Having lived in different parts of the world, I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and origins, gender and sexuality, cultures, and migration histories.
