Denise is an experienced general psychologist, clinical registrar and NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner. Her areas of interest include child, adolescent and disability support. In particular Denise works with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan - from early childhood to mature adults. Skilled in psychoeducational assessment, tailored person-centred and solution focused intervention, capacity and skill building therapeutic supports, positive behaviour interventions, therapeutic and behavioural interventions in early childhood, psychoeducation and case management. She has extensive experience in disability support and schools. Denise was the inaugural president of Australian Psychologists and Counsellors' in Schools -South Eastern Australia (APACS-SEA) and has been a long term committee member at both local and national levels for APACS. Denise is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society, Association of Australian Psychologists Inc. She also holds current NESA teaching accreditation (qualified and accredited teacher).
More recently Denise has gained clinical skills and experience supporting neurodivergent woman in the perinatal period. This service is available AUstralia wide online.
