I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) at Edith Cowan University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA.LL.B), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in National Law.
Prior to commencing my social work studies, I worked within the Bhutanese judiciary as a Court Registrar, where I developed experience in legal processes, child-friendly practice, dispute resolution, and supporting individuals navigating complex personal and legal matters. This background has strengthened my understanding of advocacy, ethical practice, and trauma-informed support.
I am passionate about promoting social justice, wellbeing, and culturally responsive practice, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals, families, and vulnerable communities through compassionate and person-centred care.
I am fluent in English, Dzongka, Sharchop, Hindi and Nepali.
