I take a collaborative, practical approach to therapy. I see therapy as a shared process, where we work together to understand what’s impacting you and develop strategies that are realistic, evidence-based and tailored to your goals. Early sessions focus on getting to know you, understanding what has brought you to therapy and clarifying what you would like to work towards. From there, therapy is shaped together with a focus on what is most helpful. At times this may involve developing specific skills or strategies. Other times, the focus may be on reflection, insight, and making sense of patterns over time. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of challenges. My work often focuses on difficulties related to emotional regulation, stress, relationships, and navigating periods of change. These concerns can present differently across developmental stages and life contexts, including for boys and men. My aim is to provide a respectful, non-judgemental space where people feel able to speak openly. I value collaboration, clarity, and honesty, and see the therapeutic relationship as central to meaningful and sustainable change.
