I have been studying and practicing counselling for nearly 10 years, Specializing in Gestalt therapy. I support people to explore life and provide a safe place to explore their options and bring about positive change. I have specific experience working with anxiety, stress, depression, relationships issues, postpartum depression, and grief. I understand the power of transformation that can occur within therapeutic relationships, and how it can support us to build a new relationship within our own selves. I can also offer therapy in Urdu and Punjabi.

Counselling) uses Solution Focused Therapy and Healing Inner Conflict (HIC) with her gentle grounded approach, supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Her work is rooted in compassion, deep listening and creating a safe space where the inner world can be explored and helped without judgement. She brings a lifetime of experience as well as being a qualified Herbalist and Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator.
