Angelique Grosskopf(She/her)

Psychologist

As a psychologist, I am dedicated to empowering clients to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. I have a deep interest in how neurological processes and life stressors, including trauma, impact mental health, as well as every individual’s innate capacity to overcome. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using a compassionate, collaborative approach tailored to individual needs. My therapeutic approach is holistic, considering the interplay of cognitive, emotional, behavioural and somatic factors. I use evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy, delivered through a strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed lens. I combine cognitive and emotional therapeutic work with practical, skill-building interventions to promote lasting change. Through my prior professional experience and research, I’ve developed strong cultural sensitivity and empathy for vulnerable and marginalised populations. These experiences have enriched my therapeutic practice, reinforcing my commitment to high standards of care. I’m naturally analytical, thorough in assessment, and passionate about helping clients discover and strengthen their inner capabilities, fostering resilience, and supporting their journey toward healing, greater independence and wellbeing. “Compassionate, neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach with integrated diverse experience and deep analysis to empower clients toward healing, improved wellbeing and resilience.”

I have extensive experience supporting people of all ages in hospital and community settings through assessments and tailored support. My approach focuses on empathy, teamwork, and strategies that have been shown to work effectively. It's important to me that everyone feels listened to, understood, and involved in their own growth journey. Clear communication, everyday examples, and relatable language help make our work together meaningful. My background as a former national-level athlete inspires me to emphasise resilience, strength, and determination - qualities I encourage everyone to discover and strengthen. Thomas Rosser(He/him)

Psychologist

I have experience working with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-confidence, PTSD, and more. In particular, I have training in trauma treatment using EMDR, and training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for clients with BPD. I also use CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in my therapy. As a psychologist, my approach is to help my clients be able to make themselves feel good, even when their situations might not be. I will always try to understand a person's story as best as I can. I am warm and friendly, but I will also give a push if needed. I always aim to help clients understand their problem, where it came from, what's keeping it going, and then work out "what are we going to do about it?". I understand how important it is to be able to trust, communicate, and, most importantly, laugh, with your psychologist.
