Overview

Catalina is a warm, relatable and empathetic, fully qualified registered psychologist, who provides therapeutic support to clients of all ages and backgrounds with an array of presentations. Catalina speaks fluent Spanish and can deliver sessions in this language if requested. She works with individuals experiencing but not limited to depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, post-traumatic stress, suicidality and a variety of other concerns. Primarily utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Catalina also implements techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), amongst others. She believes in a holistic, person-centred and collaborative approach to treatment, with the goal of increasing a clients' level of insight, self-efficacy, confidence and awareness on their journey to optimal wellbeing.
