Overview

Days Available: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Carla is an empathic and compassionate provisional psychologist who believes meaningful therapeutic work begins with feeling truly seen and understood. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their experiences. Carla works collaboratively, valuing each person’s strengths, insights, and lived experiences as central to effective therapy. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, with a strong emphasis on building emotional regulation, resilience, and connection. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families across private practice and community settings, including within the NDIS framework. Carla has supported clients with a broad range of psychological concerns and emotional challenges. With warmth and curiosity, she aims to foster self-awareness, confidence, and meaningful growth in the individuals she works with.
