Therapy with Brady
I am a registered psychologist with experience working across the lifespan in a variety of settings. My approach to therapy is grounded, relaxed and supportive, and I aim to create a space where people feel safe to explore, grow and reach their full potential.
While I enjoy working across most areas of psychology, I have a particular interest in supporting adults and teenagers who have experienced trauma. I also work frequently with personality disorders, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, depression, OCD and panic disorders.
I draw from a range of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy. I use these approaches flexibly, tailoring each session to the individual and their unique goals.
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. I work collaboratively, with curiosity, compassion and respect, and I’m committed to helping clients build insight, develop new skills and move toward the life they want to live.
