Overview

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where healing and growth can occur, working from a place of collaboration, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we work to build insight and explore patterns that may be contributing to difficulties in your life, looking beyond symptoms to understand how past experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Working across the lifespan, I have experience with individuals who have faced trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health difficulties. I integrate a trauma-informed practice and draw on a range of therapeutic modalities—including ACT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR—with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent a decade working in the human rights sector across Canada, Australia, and Micronesia. I have developed a genuine care for understanding how people move through the world—what touches them, what ails them, and what shapes their sense of self and psychological safety.
