Apeksha (Abby) Chadaga is a Registered Psychologist who provides a safe, warm and supportive environment in which clients can make positive changes in their lives.
Prior to joining our practice, Abby worked as a Senior Youth Access Clinician/Psychologist with the team at Headspace, where her work was with young adults aged 12-25 years. With an appreciation for the importance of psychological assessment, Abby undertook a range of assessments and provided psychological interventions using a variety or treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, and brief solutions focused therapy. Abby recognises that every person is unique, and she works creatively and dynamically to tailor evidence-based treatments that best fit her clients’ needs and strengths, whether face-to face, or working online with her via an interactive telehealth session through live video connection. Abby has also worked with TMS clinics, assisting in the delivery of transcranial magnetic stimulation, and as a rehabilitation consultant assisting with the recovery and return to work of injured workers, and managing the psychological barriers and challenges of physical injury.

Abby sees clients by appointment only – via telehealth or face to face at our Practice in Baulkham Hills, NSW, located close to the Norwest Metro station.
Her days of work are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
