Overview

Ale is a New Zealand registered psychologist and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She works with clients of all ages and has a lot of experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Ale focuses on behavioural assessments and interventions to manage and reduce symptoms relating to anxiety, depression, bullying, burnout, impulsive behaviours, women's issues, workplace issues, phobias, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders and anger management. Ale implements function-based interventions that are individually tailored to help identify what is contributing to her client's presenting problem in order to create meaningful change.
