I am an experienced and authentic clinical psychologist who takes a warm, grounded and collaborative approach to therapy. I have a particular interest in working with adults who have experienced trauma, including childhood abuse, attachment-related difficulties and complex PTSD.
I also work with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, bipolar disorder, neurodivergence, and long-standing or complex mental health presentations. My work is trauma-informed, and I prioritise safety, choice and pacing, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. My practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I am currently undertaking Schema Therapy Accreditation with the Schema Therapy Society. I have experience working across inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, private practice, community services and the disability sector. I welcome clients from culturally diverse backgrounds, the LGBTIQ+ community, and neurodiverse individuals.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a Board Approved Supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and am passionate about supporting and mentoring early-career psychologists. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature, music and tennis.
