Overview

I aim to create a warm, empathetic, and supportive space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is person-centred and collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to understand the patterns, perceptions, and life experiences that might be contributing to challenges like anxiety, depression, or stress. I believe that therapy is about more than just managing symptoms — it’s about gaining insight, building resilience, and finding new ways to move forward. I support people with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, executive functioning challenges, and interpersonal issues. I mainly draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I’m flexible in my approach and tailor therapy to suit each person’s unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, and have a strong interest in supporting people with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and OCD in ways that feel affirming and empowering. Outside of work, I love playing the drums, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with animals whenever I can. Creativity and connection are really important to me, and I believe they play a big role in mental health and overall wellbeing.
