I’m passionate about helping you to find freedom from the mental and emotional struggles that are keeping you from reaching your fullest potential. I have personally experienced profound change in my life via a mind, body, spirit approach and believe this is where accelerated transformation takes place. I utilise a number of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and EMDR. In my spare time, I create art, immerse myself in nature, dance, cuddle with my spoodle Oliver and practice yoga. My new goal is to learn to surf as I’m an ocean junkie.
