Claire Ho is a keen promoter of healthy eating. She founded Four Seasons Dietetics with the passion of inspiring individuals, no matter what life stage there are at, to start their wellness journey.
Her interests in food and nutrition was cultivated with her exposure to the diverse food cultures of the cities she lived in, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney. Combined with her love for science, practising as a dietitian was a natural progression.
She has delivered nutrition education on behalf of some of the leading non-profit organisations in Australia such as the Cancer Council NSW, Nutrition Australia NSW and Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. Furthermore, Claire was trained at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre where she worked collaboratively with other health professionals to support the care of cancer patients. Her involvement allowed her to fully comprehend the importance of proper nutrition in supporting a patient’s treatment journey – and further develop her interest in preventative health. Claire continues to practice clinical dietetics through her position at the Sydney Adventist Hospital and provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.
