Zac is a Clinical Psychologist with a range of experience working in public, private and community settings with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal relationship problems and difficulty with regulating emotions (including borderline personality). He has also worked with clients experiencing issues with substance use, anger, violence, interpersonal relationship difficulties and problematic sexual behaviours. Zac is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT).
Zac provides evidence-based treatments to clients, drawing on current research. He uses a range of treatment approaches, developing a way of working that is sensitive and appropriate to individual clients’ needs and circumstances.
