I’m Yvette Leech, a Level 2 Clinical Counsellor, dedicated to guiding and supporting you through life’s complexities. With a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and thrive. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a special focus on trauma recovery, anxiety management, depression support, grief and loss, eating disorders, burnout, addiction, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. Together, we’ll uncover the deeper patterns shaping your experiences, identify barriers to growth, and develop strategies that empower you to move from merely surviving to truly thriving. Using EFT, a science-based attachment approach, I help clients explore inner experiences, recognize relational cycles, and strengthen connections—with themselves and others. I offer Zoom video sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility while maintaining a secure and supportive environment. My goal is to create a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and understanding, where you feel safe, valued, and heard.
