Overview
Yasmin graduated as an accredited Exercise Physiologist in 2020 and has since gained experience in providing person-centred practice to rural and aged communities and the Queensland Police Service.
Yasmin’s passion lies in understanding the individual and their environment, and how mental health impacts the physical body. Exercise is a great way to live a healthier and happier life and helps build resilience for everything that happens in between.
