Payable on booking is 50% of the consultation fee. This will be retained in the event of cancellation with less than 24-hours' notice and for missed appointments. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be retained for all other cancellations. The remainder of the consultation fee is payable on the day via bank transfer. This booking is for an in-person appointment in Greenwood, in Perth WA. These appointments are for pre and post tongue tie release therapy, oral function, feeding and reflux.
