I am a psychologist who takes a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and gently challenged. I work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, values exploration, interpersonal difficulties, chronic pain, grief, and trauma.
My practice draws on evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, and I integrate mindfulness throughout my work. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in change management, where I saw firsthand the mental and physical toll of workplace stress. I also deepened my yoga practice and taught Vinyasa across several Melbourne studios, using movement and mindfulness to support wellbeing.
I have supported people across education, community care, physical rehabilitation, and the disability sector. I am trauma-informed and offer culturally sensitive, non-judgmental care to people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy music, cooking, travelling, hiking, and camping.
