James is a qualified remedial massage therapist specialising in hands on techniques. He also utilises other modalities such as dry needling and cupping to get the most effective results. He qualified in 2013, completing his diploma of remedial massage therapy at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. Since graduating James has been involved with local football (AFL) and soccer clubs providing treatments and helping with injury rehabilitation. He also worked with the Essendon Bombers in season 2015 giving players post training recovery massages.
