I am a Physiotherapist with over 17 years of experience delivering personalised care across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, aged care, and disability support. I take pride in providing evidence-based, person-centred physiotherapy that promotes mobility, reduces pain, and restores independence. My clinical journey spans hospitals, aged care facilities, and in-home settings—shaping my ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. I bring deep expertise in manual therapy, dry needling, chronic condition management, and exercise prescription. I work closely with GPs, case managers, and allied health teams to ensure continuity of care and meaningful outcomes. Whether helping an older adult regain confidence after a fall or supporting recovery following joint replacement surgery, I focus on empowering each client with strategies for long-term improvement. I approach care with empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to functional results. I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, am registered with AHPRA, and am proud to be a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
