Aaron Sayers

Psychologist

In my practice as a psychologist, I've worked with individuals across all age groups. My experience co-facilitating group programs for emotional regulation and anxiety has deepened my understanding of human complexity. I believe in creating a therapeutic space grounded in non-judgment. I appreciate that our challenges can often feel overwhelming when faced alone, and approach our work together with compassion. I value collaboration over being directive, acknowledging that your life has unique complexities. Through our therapeutic relationship, I'm committed to assisting you in moving toward your goals with care and understanding, allowing insights to emerge naturally as we work together.

Camille Folley

Psychologist

I am interested in insight-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy, offering a space for exploration of presenting concerns. With a background in counselling psychology and experience across corporate, educational and private practice settings, I help individuals navigate emotional challenges and develop deeper self-awareness. My practice includes work with, grief, infertility, LGBTIQA+, trauma, relationship issues, and exploration of gender identity, with a particular passion for helping people improve their connections with others and themselves. My approach centres on exploring how past experiences shape present behaviours, while appreciating the complexity of this journey, as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change—at a pace that feels right for you.

Shagun Chawla

Psychologist

As a clinical psychologist, I bring extensive experience in assessment and treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, personality concerns, and relationship difficulties. My priority is creating a space characterised by warmth and empathy. I recognise that seeking help often comes with uncertainty, and I honour this by approaching each person's story with genuine interest, rather than assumptions. I value the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth. Drawing on my background working with diverse presentations, I focus on supporting people to integrate various aspects of their experience. I believe in accompanying you as you discover new understandings and move toward a more fulfilling life at your own pace.

Timothy Collier

Psychologist

I approach therapy with an appreciation for the difficulty of putting experiences into words, and the uncertainty of where to begin. Rather than taking a position of knowing, I welcome being curious about what emerges over time. While therapy can be challenging work, there is often great beauty in the process of coming to know oneself more deeply. I bring both humility and warmth to my work, recognising that life's difficulties can leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted. Rather than seeking quick solutions, I value creating a thoughtful therapeutic relationship where meaningful change can unfold.
