Vera is a passionate remedial massage therapist who takes a holistic, movement-based approach to helping clients recover, move better, and perform at their best. Having completed her Cadetship with the Western Bulldogs, Vera gained hands-on experience working within an elite sporting environment, collaborating with athletes and allied health professionals to support injury management, recovery, and peak performance. She graduated from Victoria University in 2025 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage and has since developed a strong focus on sports massage, soft tissue rehabilitation, and functional recovery. Her treatments are results-driven yet personalised, combining clinical precision with genuine care for her clients’ wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, Vera enjoys Muay Thai and climbing, hobbies that have deepened her understanding of the body’s movement patterns, muscular demands, and the importance of active recovery. This personal insight enhances her ability to support both athletes and everyday clients in reaching their goals.
