Valerie Ooi Dietitian

Valerie Ooi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian offering both one-on-one and organisational nutrition and dietetic services to a range of clients in the private and not-for-profit sector. She has both professional and personal experience in disability care and has a special interest in disability, rehabilitation, chronic disease management and mental health. Passionate about improving the quality of life of others through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle practices, she enjoys motivating her clients to make meaningful dietary and lifestyle changes to help them reach their true health potential.
