Claire Spillman

Physiotherapist

Claire Spillman has worked for over 25 years providing intervention for infants and children with a wide range of physical condition, these include respiratory , orthopaedic, neurological and neurodevelopment conditions. Her area of special interest is neurology and neurodevelopment and she has over 20 years experience supporting the early development of babies born prematurely. Claire's had attended extensive training courses related to assessment and treatment of children with Cerebral Palsy.

Miss Jessica Hartenthaler

Jess has a wide variety of clinical experience and works between both our clinics and delivers some aquatic physiotherapy at the PImpama Sports Hub. She has experience in many varied musculoskeletal presentations and some neurological presentations (eg Parkinson’s Disease). Jess has a special interest in vestibular disorders.

Mr Daniel Morrison

Physiotherapist

Dan graduated from his Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University on the Gold Coast campus in 2016. He also holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science, which helped lay the foundations for his passion of strength training and its benefits for day to day living. As a lover of all things barbell and sports, he has completed his Level 1 Weightlifting Coaching license, and ASCA Level 1. Dan uses manual therapy, and exercise prescription to help deliver effective treatment for his clients.

Mr Ethan Hanley

Ethan has been treating in private practice since 2016 and has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal and sports related injuries. He has completed further professional development in sports injuries, muscle and tendon injuries, neck and shoulder physiotherapy and lower limb injury rehabilitation. Ethan believes educating his patients about their Injury and providing an appropriate exercise program is vital in assisting his patients to meet their rehabilitation goals. Ethan likes to establish criteria and goals for his patients to achieve to allow for transparency in what needs to be accomplished as they progress through their rehabilitation and return to their chosen sports, activities or work. Ethan can use acupuncture, dry needling and taping as part of his treatment.

Mr Jordan Anderson

Member of the APA Special interests: Strength and power sports, gym related injuries and headaches Jordan has been practicing at UCPhysio since 2016. He enjoys all aspects of general musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Jordan has thus far completed parts A and B of his McKenzie (MDT) training. He is also able to perform dry needling and acupuncture. Jordan also works closely with the local gyms and enjoys helping keep people training and moving the best they can. On top of normal physiotherapy services, Jordan is happy to work on lifting technique and help with strength and conditioning programming.

Mr Stuart Stevenson

Stuart Stevenson has been a physiotherapist for over 15 years and has extensive experience in general physiotherapy. He has worked in private practice since 2005 and in that time has helped many clients reach their goals whether that be reducing pain at work or improving the way the body moves and works. Stuart will often use his McKenzie (MDT) and Clinical Pilates training to develop suitable recovery plans for his clients setting achievable self management strategies or supervised exercises as required.

Mrs Grace Jacobs

Grace is well known to our physiotherapy staff having graduated with Ethan, Jess and Jordan. Grace is an experienced Physiotherapist with a special interest in paediatrics. Grace graduated in 2016 and moved out west for 5.5 years working in mixed private practice treating clients from 6 weeks old to 101 years old. Since returning to the Northern Gold Coast with her husband and 3 young daughters Grace has decided to focus her career on the 0-18 age group. She has completed further training in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI). Grace enjoys working with children and their families to achieve their goals, and brings lots of fun and energy to her sessions. Please take note of the location that you book as Grace will be working the majority of hours from Pimpama but will also spending some time at our Upper Coomera clinic. Due to the nature of paediatric cases please call the clinic to make appointments with Grace.

Mrs Naomi Stevenson

Naomi Stevenson has worked exclusively in the area of paediatrics (children) and has had over 15 years of clinical experience in paediatrics and young adults. I can assist with children who are not meeting developmental milestones, who are clumsy, promote optimal movement, maximise physical function, assist with recovery after surgery, prescribe exercises to improve your child's fitness and strength, and prescription of mobility equipment.
