Meet Daisy – Physiotherapist & Sports Rehab Specialist
Daisy is a dedicated Physiotherapist and Sport & Exercise Science graduate from Kent, England, with a passion for delivering firm hands-on treatment and evidence-based care.
After completing her Master's in Physiotherapy, Daisy began her career within the UK’s National Health Service before relocating to New Zealand to work in a leading sports rehabilitation clinic in Auckland. There, she managed a wide range of post-operative conditions, including complex ACL injuries, gaining valuable experience in restoring function after surgery.
With a diverse clinical background across hospital, private practice, and gym-based settings, Daisy brings a well-rounded approach to physiotherapy that is both practical and progressive. She specialises in treating musculoskeletal injuries using a combination of soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and individualised exercise rehabilitation to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
