Tristan Hall is an accredited exercise physiologist and one of the directors at Full Circle Wellness. Tristan specialises in Disability and aged care, he enjoys prescribing exercise to assist with independence, quality of life and overall health and wellbeing. • Neurological dysfunction, Tristan has an avid interest in exercise prescription for neurological and auto-immune conditions, especially Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. • Chronic disease management, he utilises exercise to manage, mitigate and potentially prevent chronic disease.
